4. Subscriptions & Billing

Moventry uses subscription-based pricing. Payments are processed via third-party processors. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Customer Data

You own your customer data. Moventry processes it on your behalf. You are responsible for:

  • Lawful collection and use of customer data
  • Compliance with applicable privacy laws

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the platform illegally
  • Misuse customer data
  • Attempt to disrupt the system
  • Send unauthorized communications

7. Third-Party Services

Moventry uses third-party providers for payments, hosting, and messaging. We are not responsible for their services or policies.

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or legal requirements.

10. Data After Termination

You may request a data export prior to termination. Data may be deleted after applicable retention periods. Some data may be retained for legal compliance.

11. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

Moventry's liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Moventry against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violations of applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

15. Disputes

Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
